CategoriesRecipesJanuary 27, 2022January 27, 2022 by Leo Tahchin Ingredients 5g Saffron150 mℓ Water300g Chicken (Shredded)50g Butter250g Barberry100g Almond100g Pistachio1 pc Egg3 pcs Egg Yolk300g Yogurt1 tsp Salt400g Rice (Cooked)50 mℓ Oil1 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®Garnish BasilGarnish PistachioGarnish Barberry Steps : In a bowl, add Saffron, Hot Water & set aside for 1 hour.Fry Chicken (Shredded) with Butter.Add Saffron Water & mix evenly.Set aside.Fry with Almond, Pistachio, Barberry with Butter.Add Saffron Water & mix evenly.Set aside.In a bowl, add Egg Yolk, Yogurt & Saffron Water.Season with AJI-NO-MOTO®.Mix till thoroughly combined.Add in Rice (Cooked), mix evenly & set aside.In an oven dish, brush with Butter & add a layer of Rice Mixture.Add a layer of Barberry Mixture, Chicken (Shredded) & RiceMixture respectively.Repeat Layering once.Press Rice Mixture gently to form even surface.Cover with Aluminum Foil.Cook 200°C for 20 minutes.Remove Aluminum Foil, cover with Serving Plate & flip over.Garnish & Serve!
